This year we have designated a particular building for year round contracts. If you wish, or are planning on buying a full year contract, then our special pricing in Jefferson may be just for you! (Includes Freedom 6 & 4)

APPLY ONLINE OR IN OFFICE!

Online: Click "Apply Now." Our Website will conveniently walk you through the application process. It will require you to pay a 50$ application fee, (Non-refundable,) before allowing you to submit. You will then be allowed a period of seven days to pay your security deposit and last months rent.

In Office: We'd love to help you fill out a contract, coming in is just as easy as online. (Only we are personally able to answer any questions.)

There is a 50$ Application fee (if you've never filled out one here before.)
A 150$ Security Deposit, and Last Months Rent (changes depending on your floorplan.)

[Here's a hint - BRING A CHECK! Any plastic has to be run as credit, meaning there is a 3% fee added on, please avoid this by bringing a check or a money order (only a dollar!)]

You do not need to be a student of BYU to live here, you can be from UVU, or other. However you must attend an institute class, and agree to abide by the BYU honor code.

Applications take a week to process, and you will recieve a confirmation email once complete. You and your roomates may not recieve your emails around the same time. Also please know we try our best to place you in your requested apartments, but due to demand and first come first serve policy, you may be moved or asked to change floorplans.
